October, a one month in numerology for the world and what that means.
We’re still in a 9 year as a world collectively so endings still stand BUT the energy is slightly different in October given that the month is a 1. So we’ll see tiny glimpses of new seeds sprouting, it’s a bit of a miss mash for a while because anything new is so much mixed up with the old and endings that nothing will be full steam ahead.
Make no mistake though, the new is slowly being heralded in and will take much firmer shape in 2026.
Big life changes
If you, like so many people I speak with lately, are currently experiencing big life changes and questioning everything you thought you about…well…everything, you are certainly not alone. You’re in good company (the so many people in my opening sentence), and completely on track.
The reason I say you’re on track is because the world as we’ve known it is shifting in ways that make it feel unfamiliar to the kind of world we’ve come to know. In the words of R.E.M. ‘it’s the end of the world as we know it.’ Which is where all the questioning comes in.
Now I believe this is pretty damn exciting, but that doesn’t mean it’s not also scary, daunting and uncertain, as with all change, all that is new and unfamiliar.
One of the most exciting parts of this new paradigm is that we now have the opportunity, actually it’s more than that, we are encouraged to show up as our whole selves. Again.…exciting plus scary plus daunting.
This is new. And will become a lot more entrenched once the world enters the next 9 year cycle, starting in 2026.
You’re own personal year vibration will also be running alongside the global one so depending on what that number is for you, that will determine your experiences on the personal level.
Embracing your whole self
I’m loving the fact that embracing your whole self is a ‘thing’ now though – it was once so actively discouraged.
For one thing, if you’re of a certain age you most likely would have been discouraged during your lifetime, even if by subtle undertones, to not rock the boat. To stay in line and stay in your lane. Publicly declaring anything you were into that wasn’t considered mainstream could really put you on the outer.
Rocking the boat is exactly how new inventions come about, it’s how greater understanding is formed and it’s how evolution works.
Having the courage to be yourself, to follow your heart and your knowing in a world that has previously championed being the same rather than different, it’s the mission of the new world.
I’ve had some really great conversations with people about how they are embracing the changes happening in their lives – from work to home to personal. If you’d like to be part of those conversations as well just respond to this email or via the comments section.
